TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL:

As a customer, you are required to read and agree to my Terms of Service. By commissioning me, you’ve automatically acknowledged and accepted my TOS, whether you’ve read them or not. If found breaking any of my terms, you’ll be receiving either a warning or be blacklisted, depending on the severity.I will not draw/sell to those who are anti-LGBTQ+, anti-BLM, racist, ableist, misogynistic, lolicon/pedophilic/MAP or those who support such, any sort of xxxphile, etc.
If I’ve unknowingly interacted with anyone of these, please let me know.Under NO circumstances are you allowed to use any of my products for NFTS, hate speech, crypto or related, and you may not use any designs or art for commercial use unless otherwise stated.Proper credit is ALWAYS required, whether for designs or art [the only time credit is unneeded is if you’re posting your own work or someone else’s of a bought design]. Unless specifically made for you, you may not post or use my work in any sort of way, shape or form.Payment plans are currently not accepted.

COMMISSIONS:

Payment must be in USD, and can be made through Paypal or Kofi. I will not start the commission until payment is received.You do not have the right to sell the art to anyone, whether as prints, charms, merch, etc, [personal use of these is fine] nor do you have any commercial rights unless otherwise stated.Under no circumstances are you allowed to edit my artwork. If there are any mistakes or minor changes that are needed, simply let me know.I have the right to deny or cancel any commission for any reason. You will receive a full refund if the product has yet to be started, otherwise you will receive a partial refund. If you issue a chargeback to avoid this, you will be blacklisted, with a beware publicly posted along with the product being used by me as I see fit as compensation.Must be given a clear art reference of your character. I will not accept written descriptions, unless for custom designs [see below].It is your job to tell me beforehand of any specifications you want, including but not limited to poses, expressions and character details that are not on the ref like outfits.I can make any edits during the sketching phase. Past this stage, no major changes will be made.I may post your commission I do to the public as artwork examples, if you wish for me to not do so, please let me know during the commissioning process.I will not draw any sort of NSFW or fetish art of any form. Minor suggestive poses or expressions may be accepted, just ask.All commissions are experimental! And there may be a lot of areas I haven’t explored in art before so quality may slightly vary from my other artwork.

DESIGNS:

Payment is always in USD, and can be made through Paypal or Kofi.Do not resell, gift or trade my designs to anyone on my blacklist.You do not have to credit me everytime art is made of one of my designs, but credit is absolutely needed on their toyhouse profiles or any other listing [credit @ANUPHIM not my sales account].I’d appreciate being notified if you resell one of my designs. You also may not resell a design higher than the price bought for unless extra non personal art has been added. Eg, you’ve bought my design for $20, but commissioned extra art for $10, you may then sell that design for $30. This does not count freebie, traded or raffle characters, please contact me about these.Minor changes or adjustments to my designs are completely fine (markings, colour adjustment, added or removal of accessories, species, hairstyles, feral to anthro and vice versa, etc). Redesigns may also be accepted on my old designs. If you have any further questions about this, contact me!Payment for adoptables must be sent within 48 hours or less of your offer being accepted if a hold hasn’t been asked for. You will be reminded half way through the time if I’ve yet to hear from you. If you need to back out of an offer, please let me know ASAP. Failing to pay after the time limit is up, the adopt will go back up for sale.Holds may be negotiated.
